Express your interest in Frontier Retreat 2019
Tiered pricing
We have net yet set the price for the 2019 retreat. We use tiered pricing, and expect the corporate rate to be around $2100, with non-profit and independent artist rates well below that. And we do our best to arrange for a scholarship or two.
The price includes:
- Time: the full program (of course), from Wednesday eve to Sunday morn
- Yum: all meals, snacks, and drinks
- Ride: airport pickup and drop off
- Look: passes to all the museums in Fort Benton
- Glide: canoeing on the Missouri River
- Wow: guides to the many places we’ll explore
Lodging
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Grand Union Hotel and the Lark and Laurel B&B in Fort Benton. See the Hosts page for more details. You won’t need to do anything to reserve a room—the reservation is included in your retreat package. But you will need to pay for your room at the end of your stay.
Room rates range from $100 to $150 per night (there are not enough rooms for everyone at the lowest rate).
Travel
Arrange your flight to Great Falls (GTF). Then tell us your flight times: we’ll pick you up when you arrive and make sure you catch your flight home. If you choose to rent your own car or stick around for a few days after this event, that’s up to you.
Cancellation policy
If for some reason you need to cancel, we’ll refund your money. If you cancel inside four weeks before the event (after we’ve laid out expenses on your behalf) we will refund 50%.
